It seems as though real estate has always been a part of my life. My mom flipped houses when I was a little girl, then she moved into selling real estate and I watched her have a successful business for 30 years! I began my career in recruiting and Human Resources, where I worked for companies such as Arthur Andersen and Southwest Airlines. I moved back home to Shreveport over 20 years ago. I continued to grow my career in the Human Resources industry with Emerald Companies and Citizens National Bank here in Shreveport. After staying home and raising my children for a few years, I decided to partner with my mom in the world of real estate! It has been so much fun working with her… truly the best business partner I could ask for! We love our clients and helping them sell and find homes they love. We also specialize in staging. We have a lot of fun getting a house ready to sell! I have lived in Shreveport most of my life and love the people here! I attended The University of Mississippi and graduated from Louisiana Tech University. I am married to Jacques Couvillon and we have 3 children, ages Connor (19), Michael (12), and Catherine (10). We attend Norris Ferry Community Church…I love being part of the Shreveport/Bossier community and look forward to serving the people here as part of Osborn/Hays Real Estate Group!

Being a realtor in Shreveport and surrounding areas has been a huge part of my focus for the past 30 plus years. I have watched the market make many changes and have learned to adapt to the ups and downs over these years. And a lot more fun! I have lived in Shreveport (originally from Texas) for 35 years. I went to Abilene Christian University. I am married to Floyd White and we stay very active in our church. My favorite times are spent with family….my 3 adult children and their spouses and my six grandchildren – all live in Shreveport. Could I possibly be more blessed?
