When Sarah Beth was only 10 days old, her family moved into a nearly dilapidated antebellum home sitting on an acre of land in the heart of downtown Saint Joseph, LA, on the Mississippi River. Her parents renovated over 5,000 square feet, room by room, preserving all of the original details. Years later, they bought several houses from declining areas and moved them to Lake Bruin, transforming them into something new and beautiful with all the original charm. She didn’t realize it then, but the love for houses and making them beautiful again ran deep in her veins.
Sarah Beth left her small hometown (graduating class of 12 students) and moved to Clinton, MS, where she graduated from Mississippi College with a degree in International Relations after studying in South Korea, England, and Spain, and traveling throughout Europe and Asia. Her passion for travel, people, food, and different cultures were discovered and remain today!
After moving to Shreveport, Sarah Beth found herself in the real estate world as the Marketing Coordinator for a real estate title company. She decided to get her real estate license on the side, which naturally became her full time career after consistently being a multi-million dollar producer.
Sarah Beth is a dedicated mother of 4 wonderful children (13, 10, 3, 1) and the proud wife of Captain Jeff Toups of the Shreveport Fire Department, who is also a builder (of course, he had to love houses too!) They also love animals and are a family breeder of Goldendoodles. Sarah Beth and her family are active members of Broadmoor Baptist Church in Shreveport. Sarah Beth’s love and passion for Jesus, people, and houses are what drive her and make her a successful real estate agent. She invests her time and heart into each client, striving to make their experience as joyful as possible!
